Job descriptionWill assist the Director with his daily affairs and will be Liasoning with all internal and external stakeholders; Could be involved with other business development tasks as well. Records & Database maintenance File Management - Organize and maintain files and databases and other confidential papers Travel Management Calendar Management Organizing events and conferences. Follow-ups on behalf of Directors for tasks assigned to other departments; Mode of interview-Face to face only. ONLY SHARE RESUME IF LOOKINGF FOR CHANGE SERIOUSLY .
Hiring for " EA to Managing Director " in a manufacturing company for fulltime at onsite role.
Location- Kolkata / West Bengal ( local candidates only)
- Minimum age should be 35 years;
preferably married .
Would prefer a person with financial / commercial acumen.
participation in various internal and external meetings with the Directors.
Good English is a must since his / her work involves dealing with international customers, suppliers and other agencies. Candidate must be proficient with digital platforms and computers.
Good professional communication along with stability at work and ability to handle confidential data is a must.
