We’re building a next-gen strategic D2C business that will redefine how global brands engage with Indian consumers. This role is key to establishing and scaling the commercial foundation of this new initiative — driving end-to-end business planning, GTM execution, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership & Revenue Delivery
Own business performance : sales, margins, stock turns & visibility metrics.
Optimize assortment, pricing & campaigns in partnership with category and growth teams.
Analyze P&L drivers and unlock revenue opportunities across marketing, conversion & supply.
GTM & Execution Leadership
Lead cross-stream GTM planning across merchandising, marketing & operations.
Ensure milestone-based execution with rigor and pace.
Create scalable playbooks for launch and growth phases.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive cohesive business delivery with marketing, finance, supply chain, analytics & product.
Track KPIs, dependencies & outcomes with clear ownership.
Lead structured business reviews with leadership.
Strategic Planning & Growth
Partner with leadership on quarterly & annual business planning.
Identify operational improvements to unlock scale & speed.
Convert strategy into measurable action plans.
Skills & Experience-
6–10 years in e-commerce, retail, or consumer-tech business roles.
Proven success in launching or scaling new business lines / categories.
Strong analytical acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience.
Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
High bias for action, problem-solving & driving clarity under ambiguity.
Tier-1 MBA preferred.
