Senior FinancialController [Immediate Start]

We are looking for a Senior-Level Controller to lead all aspects of financial management for a dynamic organization with interests in real estate and family office operations. This is a strategic, senior-level remote position—ideal for someone who thrives on precision, structure, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and maintain full company books, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) efficiently.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Drive cost-cutting initiatives while identifying new revenue growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement forward-looking financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Train, supervise, and develop accounting and finance staff.
• Coordinate tax filings and compliance for both India and U.S. entities (including U.S. income and payroll tax exposure).
• Utilize QuickBooks and other automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
• Build automation models in Excel and Power Query for reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain structured documentation and ensure organized record-keeping.
