Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager [Night Shift] for a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and managing relationships with influencers, coordinating and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance. Responsibilities include crafting campaign strategies, negotiating collaborations, overseeing content creation, and ensuring deliverables meet client and company expectations. You will work closely with the team to align campaign objectives and deliver tangible results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics tools, and digital platforms.
• Proficiency in project management, team coordination, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Ability to work in a night shift and demonstrate effective collaboration with global teams.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and report generation for performance tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for influencer marketing and awareness of the digital content creator ecosystem.
