Job description

Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

  • Conducting periodic recruitment reviews to understand the company’s requirements by interacting with account heads and planning and executing the recruitment activities
  • Planning, Strategizing, and executing Campus Recruitment with the help of Recruiters in the team.
  • Prior experience of working with Recruitment Consultants will be a plus.

Internal Communications

  • Create high quality creative communication material / content to help deliver employee communications across the business
  • Designing & driving org culture - working with the leadership to create org manifesto, championing the cause of instilling cultural values in how we work and take decisions
  • Lead on the development and delivery of engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives / activities are delivered and communicated about in timely and efficient ways.
  • Support account heads in their communications efforts in keeping their functions informed of updates and changes in consistent and engaging ways.
  • Employee Engagement

  • Deliver end-to-end internal employee engagement plans and campaigns to inspire and engage employees.
  • Drive a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.
  • Gather, analyze, and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Learning & Development

  • Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
  • Devise individual learning plans
  • Performance Management

  • Plan and assist in the half-yearly & annual performance review process by coordinating & scheduling discussions
  • Onboarding & Exit

  • Ensure the HR Induction / Orientation is completed as scheduled to ensure smooth transition of new entrants.
  • Ensure completion of various Pre & Post Joining activities for all new hire at respective location.
  • Ensure workstation, joining kit, laptop / desktop, ID card and access card is arranged for new joiner before the new joiner is on board
  • Experience

  • Human resource background with experience of working with startups
  • High on collaboration to work with and influence people across entire organizations and beyond
  • Overall understanding of people growth and motivation
  • Creative bent of mind and ability to think strategically
  • Leadership and people skills to inspire team
