Sales Officer

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our growing team. The role involves promoting financial products and services such as Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and other retail products within the Banking or NBFC sector. Key Responsibilities :

Identify and acquire new customers for various financial products.

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospective clients.

Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.

Assist in loan documentation and coordinate with internal departments for processing.

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance.

Participate in promotional and marketing activities to generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education : Graduate or equivalent (any stream).

Experience : Fresher to 3 years of experience in sales or customer handling (Banking / NBFC preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Local language proficiency will be an added advantage.
