Territory Sales Managers / Area Sales Managers (TSM / ASMs)

We're looking for passionate and driven Territory / Area Sales Managers (TSM / ASMs) to be a part of our Trauma OR Arthroscopy Team in orthopedic care (especially implants and instruments)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical assistance to orthopedic surgeons.

Build long-term relationships with orthopedic doctors, trauma / arthroscopy (sports medicine) centers, and healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with marketing team to drive educational initiatives such as surgical workshops, hands-on training, and CMEs.

What We're Looking For :

Graduate, Sound knowledge of trauma OR arthroscopy protocols domain and orthopedic surgical techniques.

Clinical curiosity, field resilience, people-first mindset, excellent communicator
