• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals for various mechanical items.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize Excel and AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance the estimation and proposal preparation process.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work.
• Monitor and evaluate current metal prices for projects, ensuring up-to-date tracking of price fluctuations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Able to prepare and reply on TQ CQ (technical Query and commercial Query) of customer.
• Develop and maintain a database of historical data for cost reference.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
