Our programmes are designed to equip learners with practical, future-ready skills that align with global design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• To evaluate the lead in advance to ensure it meets the counsellors’ criteria.
• Calling target minimum 100-150 calls in a day and follow up on calls.
• Update CRM records with complete and accurate information after every call.
• Submit daily and weekly call reports within stipulated timelines.
• Deliver clear, courteous, and accurate communication during every interaction.
• Resolve basic queries independently and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
• Achieve the daily and weekly targets for outbound and inbound calls.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with all assigned leads.
