Role Summary & Key Objectives
We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive with a strong background in IT sales, particularly in web and mobile application solutions. You’ll be responsible for understanding clients requirements & acquiring new business, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales / account management experience in IT services.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals in Web & Mobile solutions.
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients preferred.
- Prior experience in startup or fast-growth IT environments.
Key Objectives
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into long-term business opportucustomizedchieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling of web and mobile application services.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure account growth and retention.Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to craft customized IT solutions that meet client needs.Core Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in web and mobile application development services.Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demos for key decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, delivery, and marketing — to create compelling proposals and RFP responses.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, along with forecasting and reporting through CRM tools.Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies and market positioning.Must-Have Skills (Technical & Soft)
Technical / Domain Knowledge :
Strong experience in selling IT services, specifically Web & Mobile application development.Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery models, and IT solutioning basics.Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline and account management.Knowledge of proposal writing, RFP processes, and pricing models in IT sales.Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.KPIs / Success Metrics
