Job Summary :
The Partnerships Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships to drive revenue and enhance our SaaS product offerings. As a key liaison between VIZMO and its channel partners, you will recruit new partners, nurture existing relationships, and align partnerships with company goals to maximize mutual success. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications :
◦ 3+ years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
◦ Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships or channel sales.
◦ Experience with CRM and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or PartnerStack).
◦ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with partners and internal teams.
◦ Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
◦ Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize performance.
◦ Familiarity with SaaS products, cloud technologies, or related software ecosystems.
◦ Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).
◦ Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach.
◦ Ability to manage multiple partnerships and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
◦ Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
