TRAINEE- TECH SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES Provide IT on-call and weekend support as scheduled.
Professional handling of every service request.
Maintenance of PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases.
Telephone and email support.
Perform customer request management while maintaining support quotas.
Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization.
Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the organization.
Analyze and validate issues.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal resources.
Manage and ensure documentation of service calls is completed.
Contribute to technical support processes.
Work with a 24 / 7 global technical support team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Knowledge of scripting like PowerShell and Python.
Knowledge of software and systems : Microsoft, SQLite, VMware, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL.
Fundamental understanding of networking and security.
English fluency; Excellent communication skills; Have a good sense of organization and of priorities; Customer service oriented; Strong analytical skills.
Being able to interact with several stakeholders by encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to communicate clearly.
