Location : Pan India (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Define chatbot architecture, conversation flows, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with UX teams to ensure a user-centric, intuitive chatbot experience.
  • Implement multilingual support and accessibility features.
  • Work closely with backend teams to enable secure and seamless data integrations.
  • Monitor bot performance, conduct regular tuning using NLP techniques, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior developers as needed.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio - Expert-level knowledge in designing and deploying conversational experiences.
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Strong experience in understanding, training, and tuning language models for improved bot interaction.
  • Conversational AI - Deep understanding of chatbot frameworks, AI principles, and virtual assistant Skills :
  • Experience in UX design for conversational interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Azure services, especially those related to AI and bot services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
