Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Define chatbot architecture, conversation flows, and integration strategies.
Collaborate with UX teams to ensure a user-centric, intuitive chatbot experience.
Implement multilingual support and accessibility features.
Work closely with backend teams to enable secure and seamless data integrations.
Monitor bot performance, conduct regular tuning using NLP techniques, and implement improvements.
Ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior developers as needed.

Mandatory Skills :

Microsoft Copilot Studio - Expert-level knowledge in designing and deploying conversational experiences.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) - Strong experience in understanding, training, and tuning language models for improved bot interaction.

Conversational AI - Deep understanding of chatbot frameworks, AI principles, and virtual assistant Skills :

Experience in UX design for conversational interfaces.

Familiarity with Azure services, especially those related to AI and bot services.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
