Job description

Job Title

A seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud expert is needed to spearhead data cloud initiatives, leading end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of scalable solutions.

Define unified customer profiles through deep knowledge of data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, harmonization, and activation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective data-driven transformations.
Manage data governance, security, and compliance across multiple data sources.
Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, and external data platforms.
Provide guidance on AI / ML use cases and integrations with Einstein GPT.

Requirements

10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 3+ years dedicated to Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP).

Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, data integration, and enterprise solution design.

Strong knowledge of ETL / ELT pipelines, APIs, connectors, and real-time streaming (Kafka, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).

Hands-on experience with data modeling, identity resolution, consent management, and profile unification.

Deep understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices.

Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and data harmonization techniques.

Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with AI tools and personalization journeys.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
