We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic priorities, and stakeholder engagements. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. In addition to administrative excellence, the EA will also be responsible for driving projects and providing project management support for initiatives led by the CEO.
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and filter communications (emails, calls, correspondence) to optimize CEO’s time.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and minutes for meetings.
- Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
Business & Strategic Support
Conduct research, prepare reports, and synthesize data to support strategic decision-making.Liaise with senior leadership, Board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Assist in preparation for Board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor discussions.Project & Program Management
Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CEO.Develop project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely execution.Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the CEO.Operational Excellence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of CEO-led initiatives.Support in monitoring business priorities, projects, and key performance indicators.Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
