About Position :

We are seeking MEF Developer hands on experience with ReactJS, Nodejs, Redux,saga, etc.,

What You’ll Do :

Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure front-end components are modular, maintainable, and reusable.

Facilitate design reviews and code walkthroughs to align with architectural standards.

Integration & Implementation

Lead the integration of applications and services with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle compliance.

Implement secure APIs and microservices using ExpressJS and Swagger / OpenAPI.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure all solutions conform to enterprise architecture principles, security guardrails, and governance frameworks.

Maintain documentation and audit trails for compliance purposes.

Performance & Optimization

Benchmark application performance using tools like Splunk and optimize React / NodeJS applications for speed and scalability.

Conduct code profiling and implement performance best practices.

Expertise You’II Bring :

Front-End Architecture & Collaboration

Proven ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to build modular, maintainable, and reusable front-end components.

Deep understanding of component-based architecture and design systems using ReactJS and Redux / Saga.

Integration & Security Compliance

Experience in integrating applications and services with a strong focus on IAM lifecycle and security protocols.

Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and JWT-based authentication mechanisms.

Governance & Standards

Strong adherence to enterprise architecture principles, guardrails, and governance frameworks.

Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Performance Optimization

Skilled in benchmarking and optimizing web applications for performance and user experience.

Experience using tools like Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and Splunk for monitoring and diagnostics.

Technical Proficiency

ReactJS, Redux / Saga

Node.js, ExpressJS

Swagger / OpenAPI for API documentation and integration

DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Problem Solving & Communication

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Modular Design & DevOps

Experience in modular application design, enabling scalable and maintainable codebases.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows, ensuring smooth deployment and integration cycles.
