We’re looking for a
dynamic and results-driven Brand Sales & Marketing Manager
to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will lead our
D2C growth strategy and marketplace performance
while driving brand visibility and revenue across all platforms.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute
sales and marketing strategies
to achieve business goals.
Oversee daily operations across
Amazon, Flipkart, and our brand website
Lead
performance marketing
, optimize ROI, and manage ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads).
Drive
brand development
, product positioning, and consumer engagement.
Analyze data and implement insights to enhance performance.
Manage
inventory, fulfillment
, and coordination with logistics partners.
Identify new
growth opportunities
in D2C and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in
E-commerce Sales or Brand Marketing Management
Strong understanding of
D2C ecosystems
and marketplace operations.
Analytical mindset with leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in
marketing tools, analytics dashboards, and automation platforms
