Manager, IT - Supply Chain Planning Capabilities Job Description

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing robust, scalable supply chain decision intelligent roadmap. look holistically at – and understand - how decision is being made across silos and acting as the spider in the decision web across the domains and should drive change in how decision is made.

As an Aera Decision Architect, you are a strong technical / functional consultant and project manager, working closely with the business and SMEs, senior leadership and technical solution teams to design, build, deliver and measure the value of Decision Intelligence solutions.

This is a role for owners, those who are looking to make a clear impact and deliver value for Kraft Heinz. This role is within a Global team in a matrixed IT organization. The role will follow standard agile processes to scope, plan, and deliver solutions to support Kraft Heinz Company’s business needs and our strategic roadmap for prioritized initiatives for Supply Chain Planning. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and IT functional and technical teams. This role reports to the Associate Director – Supply Chain Planning Capabilities.

Responsibility

Understand the overall program goals requirements and translate them into requirements and functional specification documents

Work with delivery team to solve problems and puzzles, take a deep dive into data, analytics and automation requirements. Quarterbacking a complex and fascinating delivery life cycle.

Pressure Test the Decision Models and Functional Designs, understand how the decision is made, order and sequence of the decision

Lead, Mentor and Coach Skill architects in designing and delivering scalable solutions

Designs the logical decision architecture across the DI roadmap as well as architecture of individual decisions

Evaluate Cross Skill Relationships and coordinate development

Standardization of Build Practices

Ensure Solutions are practical, intuitive and impactful

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Preference for supply chain, computer science, statistics, data science

• 8 years’ experience in delivering complex supply chain IT solutions in CPG. Experience in IT consulting and / or configuring ERP systems, OMP, O9, WMS, OTM etc.

Capable of leading the delivery team of a digital transformation program with multiple work streams.

Understanding of common functional and technical deliverables across a matrix IT organization

Have worked in an Agile environment and understands Software Implementation methodologies

manages expectations and serves as a trusted advisor.

Understand Data modeling

Hands on experience in data integration, creating dashboards in analytics tools

Understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs
