(3 Days Left) Senior Proposal Engineer

We are looking for Proposal Engineer on behalf of our multinational client in Pune, India. Candidate will play a vital role in the value creation and sales cycle by designing tailored safety system proposals that meet specifications exceed our customers expectations, whilst adhering to international standards.

Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive technical proposals that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal sales and engineering teams and also external partners to deliver on-time proposals that meet the customers budget. This includes developing bottom-up costing for solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals to meet client requirements / tenders
• Support Sales Team in early client engagement to define right solution for tender specifications / scope of work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical data.
• Engage with clients / Sales to understand needs.
• Ensure proposals meet regulations and standards.
• Review contract terms with the legal team.
• Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all details are included in the final submission.
• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes at an appropriate level of detail
• Familiarity with safety & OT security standards (IEC 61508,IEC61511,IEC 61445).
