Key accountabilities :

• Manage and work on various SAP projects within the manufacturing sector, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage procurement and inventory-related support tickets and enhancements.
• Handle vendor master issues, purchase order processing, GR / IR mismatches.
• Support pharma-specific processes like subcontracting, cold chain material tracking, and regulatory vendor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP data recording and audit trail requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality (QM) and Finance (FICO) teams to resolve issues in P2P flow.
• Strong in procurement, pricing, inventory, vendor evaluation
• Knowledge of batch-managed materials and pharma warehousing norms
• Good understanding of tax codes (GST), HSN / SAC applicability
• Ability to support system-controlled checks and validation logic
