    Job Description

    Strategic HR Leadership

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement global HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
    • Drive a high-performance and retention-focused culture by institutionalizing robust performance management and engagement practices.
    • Set up and implement KPI- and KRA-based evaluation systems across departments and geographies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor, review, and refine KPIs and KRAs in collaboration with functional heads to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Global Compliance & People Management

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of international and regional labour laws to ensure compliance and minimize legal risk.
    • Guide leadership on workforce planning and people-centric strategies across India and international locations (200+ employees).
    • Build employee retention strategies focusing on career growth, upskilling opportunities, and a transparent, rewarding culture.
    • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

    • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
    • Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline aligned with organizational needs.
    • Performance Management, Learning & Development

    • Lead the annual and mid-year performance review process, ensuring timely feedback and alignment to strategic goals.
    • Design and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), from planning and training to review and rewards.
    • Design and implement a comprehensive Annual Training Calendar focused on Skill Development and role-based capabilities.
    • Conduct skill evaluations to identify training needs and deliver structured L&D initiatives for both individual and team growth.
    • HR Operations & Employee Experience

    • Ensure seamless employee lifecycle touchpoints including onboarding, confirmation, promotions, and exits.
    • Maintain all relevant employee documentation including ID cards, email IDs, insurance, IT assets, etc.
    • Enhance employee engagement through structured communication, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
    • Compensation & Rewards

    • Benchmark and align compensation strategies with industry trends.
    • Lead annual increments, promotions, and benefits reviews with transparency and fairness.
    • Offboarding & Transition Management

    • Oversee final settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and the issuance of relieving and experience letters.
    • The Successful Applicant

    • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup with global exposure
    • Proven expertise in setting and monitoring KPIs / KRAs and improving employee retention.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Experience in creating and executing training calendars for skill development.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a global mindset.
    • Proficiency in HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
