Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Solution Architect with a strong background in Java to join our team in Mohali. This position is designed for a professional with a proven track record in designing high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities :

As a Solution Architect - Java, you will :

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative, scalable, and secure solutions using Java and related technologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Research and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and best practices to enhance application performance and scalability.
  • Develop detailed design architecture and guidelines for software development teams to follow.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX / UI Designers, and DevOps Engineers, to deliver seamless software solutions.
  • Ensure all architectural frameworks and solutions adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Troubleshoot issues in applications and systems, providing robust and practical solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to future-proof enterprise systems.
  • Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to the overall technology strategy.

Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and solution architecture, specializing in Java development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and its related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, or similar).
  • Expertise in designing highly scalable, distributed, and fault-tolerant applications.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI / CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Preferred :

  • Certifications in cloud architecture or Java development (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Oracle Certified Professional).
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role and mentoring team members.
