Workday Compensation Expert Wanted
KPG99-Inc is seeking an experienced Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation, with a strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans. Prior experience with India payroll and compensation practices is also required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure merit, bonus, and allowance plans
- Translate HR / Compensation requirements into Workday solutions
- Test and validate Workday configurations
- Execute merit cycles
About This Role :
This role requires the ability to translate HR / compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions. The consultant will be responsible for testing, validation, and merit cycle execution.
