We are now looking for an Associate Director Non-Tech Recruiting who can help us hire, influence, and scale our workforce across critical non-tech functions.

Responsibilities of the Role :

• You will be Owning the end-to-end quality of the module.
• You will be responsible for designing the Automation Framework Development (API & Appium) on both Mobile & Web.
• You will be testing Backend API's, Front-end applications using either of Black Box Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Test, Ad-Hoc Test, Sanity Test, etc.
• You will be reviewing peer code and mentor SDET-I's in the team.
• You will be checking the Logs, debugging the production issues, and thorough in Root Cause Analysis.
• Set up Jenkins, Building, Compiling, and Publishing the Report.
• Setting up of CI / CD end-to-end pipeline with Jenkins & Docker.
