Project Manager(Civil)

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of our builder floor projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate with architects engineers contractors and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure construction standards are met.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee the construction phase monitoring progress resolving issues and implementing changes as necessary to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and challenges that may impact project delivery and profitability.
