About the Role
Your role will involve end-to-end technical recruitment for our clients and internal teams across the APAC region, with a primary focus on high-growth markets like Singapore, Malaysia, and others. This is a critical role that connects top-tier technology talent with impactful career opportunities across Asia.
Your role Includes (but isn't limited to) :
Identifying, sourcing, screening, and matching the right technical talent, leveraging deep knowledge of the specific talent markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia)
Providing a best-in-class, culturally nuanced recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers across diverse APAC locations
Meeting internal company SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding
Cultivating strong, cross-cultural relationships with business partners and hiring managers located across APAC
Partnering with management to develop sophisticated recruitment plans that support the open requirements
Requisites :
At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience , with significant prior experience recruiting for clients or companies in the Southeast Asia / APAC region (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc.).
In-depth understanding of the nuances, salary expectations, and top recruitment channels for technology talent within APAC markets.
Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals from across the APAC region.
Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex offers.
Strong relationship management skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with a diverse, international stakeholder group.
Cultural Fluency and Adaptability : Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the APAC region.
Flexibility to Operate Across Time Zones : Willingness to accommodate meeting times that align with various APAC time zones (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia).
Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions and projects at one time.
