Shopify Platform Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Executive based in Lucknow. The role involves overseeing and managing the Shopify platform, including product uploading, inventory management, and implementing updates. Responsibilities include website optimization, ensuring a user-friendly shopping experience, monitoring site performance, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance store visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shopify and related platforms, with a strong understanding of managing e-commerce stores
• Experience in product uploading, inventory management, and website optimization
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and basic coding skills to customize website features
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and improve site performance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with design tools or graphic design experience is a plus
• Previous e-commerce or retail experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
