Job descriptionCreate high-end brochures for villas, apartments & construction projects Design pamphlets, project one-pagers, site branding materials & hoardings Work closely with our in-house team to convert project vision into luxury-targeted visuals Maintain brand consistency across all assets (Darshh Builders’ luxury theme) Develop render layouts, elevation highlight sheets, project feature sheets Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed settings, high resolution) Deliver creatives within strict timelines for marketing campaigns Provide revisions and adaptable versions for Instagram, , WhatsApp, and print Proven experience in real estate / architecture / construction industry design Strong portfolio of brochures, hoardings, ads, brand layouts Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva Pro Ability to understand architectural drawings, renders & convert them into luxury branding Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and modern aesthetic alignment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must meet deadlines and maintain professional communication Experience in luxury real-estate branding Understanding of typography, color psychology & layout composition Creative thinker with ability to translate technical information into simple, premium visuals Flexible to work with multiple project briefs across the month
