Job description6+ years of strong .NET / .NET Core backend development experience. Expertise in performance profiling & memory management . Hands-on knowledge of multi-threading, async programming, concurrency control . Strong SQL troubleshooting & optimization skills. Experience with APM tools (DataDog, New Relic, etc.). Solid understanding of OOP & design patterns . Experience in unit testing & debugging production issues . Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, distributed systems, job engine performance tuning . Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and performance benchmarking tools. Problem Solver – thrives on tackling performance issues. Analytical & Curious – digs deep into root causes. Collaborative – works seamlessly with DBAs, architects & DevOps. Performance-Oriented – believes performance is a feature .

Are you passionate about building high-performance backend systems and solving complex technical challenges? Join our team as a .NET Backend Developer and play a key role in optimizing applications at scale.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Analyze and optimize backend services built in .NET / .NET Core .
- Conduct memory & CPU profiling using tools like dotTrace, dotMemory.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries, execution plans, and stored procedures .
- Build and scale robust APIs (REST / SOAP) .
- Implement unit testing & TDD for reliable code.
- Collaborate with DBAs, backend developers, and observability teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Work with logs, metrics, and traces to debug production issues.
- Participate in code reviews with a focus on performance & memory usage.
