Make sure that all fire and life safety equipment are where they are meant to be at all times and all fire protection systems like smoke detectors, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc. are all installed properly and also functional at all times.Plan and deliver relevant life safety workshops / training sessions for the security, house-keeping staff & other employees. Conduct effective mock fire emergency drills and rehearsals.Ensure that emergency procedures are put in place and made as clear as possible so that the occupants would know how to go about things in case of an emergency.Organize and conduct fire drills / simulations to check the preparedness of fire prevention / protection systems.Work closely with external fire service departments to be able to build a strong and feasible emergency response plan.Perform fire and safety risk assessments, including identifying and minimizing fire hazards and safety code violations.During actual emergency situations, lead and carry out firefighting and rescue activities as per the assigned duties and safety proceduresHandle the fire fighters actions, when deployed, to control and protect life and property.Candidate must be capable of independently executing Fire Safety projects from planning to handing over. Must be capable of handling multiple sites simultaneously.Skills Required
