Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Country Manager India, located in Dubai. The Country Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of Peko’s operations in the Indian market, including developing and implementing strategic growth plans, managing local teams, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, driving business development initiatives, overseeing revenue generation, and ensuring the overall success of company operations in the region. The role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of the Indian market dynamics.
Qualifications
Strategic planning and market analysis skills to develop and execute growth strategies
Proven expertise in business development and revenue generation
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of the Indian market, including regulatory and cultural nuances
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
