Consolidated Analytics is actively hiring Due Diligence (DD) Underwriters for our growing Chennai team. If you’ve got a strong eye for detail and a solid grasp of agency guidelines — we want to meet you!

Your Role :

  • Review and analyze US residential mortgage loans
  • Check for credit, compliance, and collateral
  • Identify risks, exceptions, and document findings accurately
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2–5 years of experience in US mortgage underwriting or DD review
  • Strong knowledge of investor / agency guidelines
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts from our Chennai office
