Dreamcast - Software Tester - Manual / Automation Testing

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Software Tester with 3 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

You will be responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring a high-quality product Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI / UX, and performance testing.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and reporting activities.
• Work closely with the development team to resolve defects.
• Ensure software compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and team Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual + Automation).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and practices.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman for API testing).
• Experience in writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development process.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
