Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to spearhead our design efforts in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for the construction industry. In this role, you'll shape the future of how construction professionals interact with reality intelligence technology, from conceptualizing new features to refining existing workflows. You'll lead design strategy across our web platform, iOS, iPad, and Android applications, ensuring seamless experiences that solve real construction challenges.

Working at the intersection of complex construction workflows and cutting-edge AI / ML technology, you'll translate insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement across our growing platform used by industry leaders globally.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the design vision for Track3D's Reality Intelligence Platform, establishing design principles that guide product development
• Define and evolve Track3D's comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across web application, iOS, iPad, and Android platforms
• Translate complex construction workflows and AI-driven insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
• Drive design strategy in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering to align with business objectives
