Sales Manager - Team Leader

Location : Kolkata - WB

I ndustry : Any Field Sales | BFSI | Insurance | Financial Services

Key Responsibilities :

Recruit, train, and manage a team of 5–10 field sales executives

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets through team performance

Generate new business opportunities through direct field sales & client meetings

Guide and motivate team members to improve productivity and revenue growth

Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels

Report daily sales activities and performance updates to management

Who Can Apply :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / Telecom

Proven ability in team handling and achieving sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Local candidates preferred
