Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain & Project report monitoring, Planning, Scheduling and cost monitoring details of multiple assigned projects
• Coordination with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any critical / risk issues
• Pro-Actively Support and manage the project plan / team, adhere to project timing and best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely Completion of projects
• Billing and payment process as per terms and conditions
• To ensure handing over as per client satisfaction
• Allocation, Monitor and closure of snags / observation points shared by clients in DLP period and follow up on release of retention amounts.
• Site visits of new project & preparation of photographic reports and Submission to tender team
• Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring & Billing
• Cost Management
• Vendor Management
• Timely client bill raising as per terms and conditions
• Preparation of cash flow of each project
• Follow ups on Client Payment
• Presenting reports in weekly meeting
• Establishing and maintaining the professional relationship with contractors & clients
• Allocate works to subcontractors & monitor
• Project audits vs actual reconciliation
