Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect and Interior Designer located in South Delhi. The role involves conceptualizing and developing architectural designs and interior design solutions for diverse projects. Responsibilities include managing projects from inception to completion, leading design teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The role also involves coordination with clients, consultants and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on creativity, functionality, and technical proficiency.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design and architectural software, as well as the ability to integrate designs with project execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Experience in South Delhi projects or knowledge of local regulations and design preferences is a plus.
• A degree in Architecture or related field with significant experience in both architecture and interior design aspects.
