Key Responsibilities
1.Drive end-to-end sales operations for gated community and high-rise residential projects — from lead generation to deal closure.
2.Develop and execute sales research to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
3.Manage walk-in inquiries, conduct site visits, and deliver personalized property consultations. 4.Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and potential clients to boost lead inflow and conversions.
5.Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
6.Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to management.
7.Ensure exceptional customer experience through prompt communication and proactive follow-ups.
8.Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new project developments.
9.Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain brand standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
1.In-depth understanding of real estate sales, especially in gated communities and premium residential projects.
2.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3.Proven success in achieving sales targets and handling high-value transactions.
4.Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5.Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools.
