We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who can help us ensure a smooth experience for both our customers and vendors.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Handle customer and vendor queries via calls, WhatsApp, and chat .
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain service records, update CRM, and ensure timely responses.
- Help build customer trust with empathy, accuracy, and clear communication.
