Job Title : Demand Planning – Solution Architect

Location : Pan India

Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience along with three end to end o9 Implementation Projects.

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Planning Solution Architect to lead the design and deployment of demand planning solutions for our enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders, business consultants, and product teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and efficient planning solutions on the o9 Platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end solution design for demand planning in large-scale transformation programs.
• Understand client business processes, pain points, and future goals across forecasting, promotions planning, statistical modeling, and consensus planning.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and customer teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed solution architecture and design specifications.
• Configure and model demand planning solutions, leveraging industry best practices.
• Guide and support development, integration, and testing efforts across project lifecycle.
• Provide expertise on statistical forecasting techniques, machine learning integration, and demand segmentation strategies.
• Drive user adoption by contributing to change management, training, and solution rollout.
• Act as the primary point of contact for demand planning-related solution issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and platform innovations to recommend continuous improvements.
• Will be responsible for Solutioning documents, Functional Specifications, Wireframes, Paper Models and relevant Solution design documents along with client sign-off Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with strong exposure to demand planning.
• Proven experience in implementing demand planning tools (e.G., o9, SAP IBP,).
• Must have completed L1, L2 and primary o9 certifications pertaining to the Solution architect role.
• Strong understanding of statistical forecasting models, demand sensing, and causal modeling.
• Solid experience with solution architecture, data modeling, and process design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with global teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
