Recruitment Specialist - Part-time

We're hiring a "Recruitment Specialist - Part-time" ( 4 hrs / day & 90% Remote - 2 days office / month at our Noida office) to hire Sales & Marketing Interns, Executives, Managers & UI / UX Designer.

About the Role :

Minimum 4-5 years of solid experience in hiring Sales & Marketing team members in the Fashion & Apparel vertical. Must have a strong LinkedIn profile and know how to hire the best talent quickly.

Candidate must have good COMMUNICATION skills.

Salary : Rs 3.00 Lacs / year (Rs 25K per month) plus Rs 7k-Rs 20k incentive for every successful hire.

Candidate must have a strong network and have at least 5K+ followers in the LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Must have the ability to outreach candidates directly from LinkedIn and other online portals. Must have the skill to speak with candidates for the 1st round.
