Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead cum Solution Architect to oversee end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects, while driving solution design and client engagement. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of automation and integration projects across multiple clients.
• Drive project kickoff meetings, steering committee calls, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance and guidance to developers whenever required.
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction by conducting regular code reviews to confirm adherence to client coding standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, business analysts) for smooth execution.
• Manage risk, scope, and change requests effectively.
• Gather and analyze client requirements, design PDDs, and verify SDDs prepared by developers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the delivery teams.
