Job description

Hiring for Sr. Technical Developer

  • Experience : 4-9 years
  • Location : Pune
  • Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

  • Dynamics 365 Customization : Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Service modules
  • Integration : Integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights with other Microsoft products and third-party systems
  • Data Modeling : Develop and maintain data models, customer profiles, and unified customer views
  • Automation : Build workflows, plugins, and custom connectors for seamless customer service automation
  • Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365

    • Required Skills

  • Dynamics 365 : Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Customer Service modules
  • Microsoft Products : Knowledge of Power BI, Azure, and Power Platform
  • Technical Documentation : Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
  • Training and Support : Experience in providing technical support and training to end-users and team members
