Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Accountant will handle daily financial operations, such as processing transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, creating budgets, and supporting audits when needed. The role requires working closely with team members to support organizational financial goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting standards, Financial Statements, and General Ledger management.
• Skills in Budget Planning, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting.
• Experience with Accounting Software, such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Strong Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills.
• Understanding of Taxation, Compliance, and Audit processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
