We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead, develop, and supervise a team within the direct life insurance channel. This role focuses on a 'service to sales' model, emphasizing relationship management and sales productivity. The ideal candidate will drive the team to meet and exceed revenue targets while ensuring all sales activities adhere to company rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Recruit and select sales executives. Supervise their daily activities and conduct fortnightly performance reviews to ensure all targets are met.
- Sales Management : Drive sales productivity by focusing on key metrics such as premium per executive and case rate. Maximize business from a given target market and ensure the team consistently exceeds revenue goals.
- Coaching and Mentoring : Conduct joint field work and demonstrate effective selling skills. Help executives leverage the company's internal systems to enhance their performance.
- Customer Relationship Management : Manage, track, and convert leads from the telemarketing unit. Engage with customers to resolve queries, handle complaints, and provide excellent service to ensure high customer retention.
- Compliance and Ethics : Ensure the team operates with 100% adherence to company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling and compliance. Educate the team and prospects on product comparisons to help them make informed decisions.
Required Candidate Profile
