US Tax Associate

Ikshana Z Inc. is expanding our global tax team! We are looking for motivated professionals to join us in driving excellence in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory. Whether you are just starting your career or bringing years of expertise, we have a place for you.

Role & Responsibilities

Support U.S. federal, state, and local tax compliance (Forms 5471, 926, 851).

Summarize SBC reports and compute state sales tax accruals.

Maintain trackers for tax payments, refunds, and tax rates.

Assist in reconciliation analysis across NetSuite and Looker.

Contribute to quarterly and annual compliance tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( CPA preferred).

1–2 years of U.S. income tax compliance / reporting.

Proficiency in NetSuite, OneSource, Google Suite.

Strong understanding of U.S. federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, global environment.
