Mission :

The Process Trainer is responsible for ensuring the effective training and development of new hires and internal staff, contributing to the enhancement of organizational skills and competencies. The role involves creating and delivering training modules, managing training programs, and collaborating with various departments to identify learning gaps and address performance-related challenges.

Responsibilities :

Ensure timely training for new hires and address internal staff's performance challenges.

Be accountable for the proper functioning of SME and TMM programs, managing L0 Training.

Train on internal recruitment software and deliver Corporate Training when required.

Develop, upgrade, and coordinate training modules, ensuring proper corporate behaviour on the floor.

Play a pivotal role in promoting team spirit and identifying learning gaps with Ops Head.

Monitor call quality, maintain training reports, and update training records for ISO compliance.

Keep a check on the conversion ratio of developed skills and post-training performance metrics.

Essential Functions :

Ensure timely and effective training for new hires.

Module Development and Coordination.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting.

Corporate Behaviour and Team Building.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other stream.

Proven experience in Trainer roles, with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Good English verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.

Team orientation and people management

Organisational development skills
