SAP Manager (22 / 10 / 2025)

One of our premium Real Estate clients is seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Manager. The role involves leading day-to-day SAP operations and ensuring seamless business processes across Finance (FI / CO), Materials Management (MM), and Project Systems (PS).

This is a key leadership role supporting project-based costing, procurement workflows, and financial control for large-scale real-estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP operations ensuring reliability, governance, and functional excellence across FI / CO, MM, and PS.
• Support and optimize project budgeting, WBS cost tracking, procurement cycles, and capitalization processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Project teams to align SAP with core business operations.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and reporting accuracy through SAP enhancements.
• Manage internal functional analysts and AMS vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely issue resolution.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including SAP S / 4HANA readiness and integration with BI dashboards.
