We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Should have experience in Tech and Non Tech.
Employee Relations :
Foster a positive work environment and culture that aligns with company values.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Record Keeping :
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
HR Strategy and Policy Development :
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Provide strategic input on organizational development and workforce planning.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
