Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Architect specializing in Residential Interiors. The role is based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with the design team to create innovative architectural designs for residential interior projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting layouts, contributing to project planning, coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring design integration, and assisting in project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to create layouts, plans, and designs that align with project requirements.
• Experience in Project Management to oversee timelines, deliverables, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration for design tools and technology relevant to architecture and interior design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for residential interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Previous internship or work experience in residential interior projects is an advantage.
